How do I track my parents green cards after their entry into the US?

Hello:

 

So if you check my timeline I applied for IR5 for both my parents. They came to the US on the 5th of this month. I was wondering about tracking the green card. How can I track it to see when it goes in production? I tried the old USCIS file numbers but they still show that the files were sent to NVC. I tried the IOE (the confirmation after paying the immigrant fees)  numbers as well but it shows invalid.

If you could help me out and let me know how I can track them.

Afaik, there is currently no way to 'track' production. IOE is useless as it only updates once card is in physical production and about to be shipped. 

USCIS

Thank you for your reply KierenHby.

Prior to my parents entrance to the US, the IOE number showed the date I paid the immigrant fees for both of them. Now when I use that number it shows invalid. So are the IOE numbers that I got the numbers that would allow me to track the production of the green card in the future or are those just confirmation numbers for fee payment?
