I-864 and I-864A questions

Hello community. I am in the process of doing the dreaded I-864. My parents will be my co-sponsors. I have a few I-864 questions and I apologize if they have already been asked.

1.) Does my father select question 1.e and select that he is the "first" joint sponsor even though my mother will fill out the I-864A?

2.) For question 1 of Part 3, does my father select "Yes?" Also, since it's only my husband coming with me to America, does he put N/A for every blank asking for other family members?

3.) Just to make sure, Part 3 no. 28 would be "1" since it's only my husband?

4.) For Part 5 Question 7, does my father put 0 or 1? My mother will fill out the I-864A, but the wording of the question says "If you have siblings, parents, or adult children with the same principal residence who are combining their income with yours..."

5.) My parents file their taxes jointly. On the I-864 question 19a, b, and c, does my father put the total income that is indicated on the joint tax returns, or the amount he made? The same question can be asked on the I-864A for my mother (question 2a, b, and c).

6.) If I'm correct, my husband does not have a USCIS ELIS account number. We only have a case number (which is 13 digits). The USCIS ELIS number is 12 digits.

7.) In terms of Current Individual Annual Income; I have read that it's acceptable to take weekly income, multiply it by 52, and put that approximation here?

Thanks again for everybody's help! And I apologize if they are very dumb questions or they have appeared elsewhere on this site!

I'm assuming you don't live with your parents, so your father will just put 1.

5.) My parents file their taxes jointly. On the I-864 question 19a, b, and c, does my father put the total income that is indicated on the joint tax returns, or the amount he made? The same question can be asked on the I-864A for my mother (question 2a, b, and c).

They will put down the total income.

6.) If I'm correct, my husband does not have a USCIS ELIS account number. We only have a case number (which is 13 digits). The USCIS ELIS number is 12 digits.

N/A for that since your husband does not have an ELIS account number. The case number is different from the account number.

7.) In terms of Current Individual Annual Income; I have read that it's acceptable to take weekly income, multiply it by 52, and put that approximation here?

Yes

Thanks again for everybody's help! And I apologize if they are very dumb questions or they have appeared elsewhere on this site!

Thank you very much for your reply and the link! I still don't have a lot of confidence with Part 5, Question 7 of the I-864. My mom (my dad's spouse) is going to fill out an I-864A, but the question doesn't mention if the "you" (my dad) has a spouse who is combining their income with him via I-864A. You are right that I don't live with my parents, but it seems strange to put 1 in the square when, according to what it says, a zero should be put there. I'm just afraid that it's easy to make a mistake with all of this.

I apologize, you are correct; it should be 0 for that part since he will be counting his wife already.
