Was wondering if anyone can advise me

I lived in Japan for many years, therefore I had to get a police certificate from Japan, with STRICT instructions not to open it

Am I allowed to open the UK acro police certificate and the acro subject access one???? Please advise

Yes, it's absolutely fine to open it. USCIS can verify it, so it does not matter to open it or not. I lived 6 Years in UK and recently moved here and I opened the police certificate straight away :D

Another yes for opening UK police certificate. Knightsbridge clinic will ask to see it before you even take it to the embassy for your interview
