Hi~

I have a bit of a tricky question regarding ustraveldocs.com. My husband used it 2 years ago for a travel visa while we resided in South Korea. However, we're now in China and DCF'd here...

We forgot about using the site 2 years ago so I created a new account but upon entering his personal information, a message popped up saying there was already an account with the same information and new accounts can't be made for the same person. Log into the old account and no problem, right? That's what we thought...at first.

Now we're stuck with the South Korean site with only Korean options for appointments and such. For the life of me, I cannot find an option anywhere to change it from Korea to China. I've tried multiple times to start again from the Chinese site but as soon as I log in, it's back to Korea based on the old account info. I also can't seem to find an answer regarding this anywhere...

Am I missing something? What can I do? Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

Try clearing your cache and cookies on your computer to see it frees things up. There could be an item that is causing this to default to the Korea version.
