Anyone filing/filed from Algiers embassy?

Hello everyone,

Just out of curiousity ... Are there any petitioners on this forum who have filed directly from the Algiers embassy, as there is no DCF in Algeria. I'm curious about the process, is it the same as if you were filing from the US? Is there a timeline difference? And finally here who would care to "friend" me/us on this journey? Thanks very much!
