IV fee paid online last Thursday, then "in progress", and then "paid" after 5:00pm Monday afternoon.

When you received your invoice through mail or email?

May 7 via email. Then CEAC website is in technical difficulties. Last Thursday I tried and it worked.

Oh lucky you!!! We keep trying everyday but until now it's still the same unable to pay IV fee. I think Still have technical issues with CEAC site. Some can pay some still can't,
