Hi everyone. I petitioned for both my parents to come to the States (I-130) and its being processed in California. This morning my father checked his and my mom's status and his status had changed to "case was approved on May 14 2015" he's in South Africa so he notified me while I was sleeping (time difference) when I woke up and saw the message I was ecstatic. Everyone was so happy. He just checked it again just now and it's changed back to "your case was received..." how sad!!! Has this happened to anyone before? Received NOA1 on May1st. Is it possible to have been approved for the next stage? I'm not even sure what's going on and I don't want to call them in case it really is approved for the next stage. My husband said this happened to him before and it ended up being approved. I know it's only been 2 weeks  I went through the same thing during my asylum it was approved within 5 days after my bio metrics.
