AFTER INTERVIEW CO GAVE 221G TO MY WIFE "NEED JOINT SPONSOR"

I've been out of that world for a bit and appointment settings have changed a bit to control work load and traffic. This says they have an embassy currier approved system to send the pending docs with the a copy of the worksheet OF 194 and wait for them to schedule an appointment or how ever it is they proceed in Islamabad.

Since they have already cleared the case for "substantial" evidence, all they need is to make sure the AoS is attached so they can seal the packet, print the visa and send you on your way. Since you have to hand this packet at the port of entry, the inspector checks all docs are complete and they would can find themselves in hot water if they sealed a packet with a missing doc. Get me;)

Oh and by the way. Ask yo wife if they gave her a comeback letter or an open appointment . Send the documents to her and have her visit the consulate. Most consulates have resident information hours that are open to the public. Have no fear. If they can take care of a case that needs little to complete they will gladly get it out of the way.

no they did not give any comeback letter other than 221g form ..anyways i have sent all the required documents directly to US Embassy today and it will reach there by Friday.

I emailed the embassy 2 days ago asking them what happened with my documents. They emailed me today saying they received my documents on 9-25 and now they are waiting for review.

So now we just have to wait and see how long it takes them to review it

Oh that's great not to be worried as long as your documents are there in the embassy they will have to issue a visa if your co-sponsor approved. but i know that's waiting killing everybody

Yea when the embassy opens i start checking the website all the way until it closes I don't sleep all night I just keep checking the website!!

if they planned to put her in this AP then why he said that to my wife that she'll get vissa in 10 days?

we all suffering from this process and there is no time limit you can predict or they can tell HOW LONG AND WHEN WILL THEY ISSUE A VISA. all we can do just wait wait and wait..

They do that a lot. Don't know why they would play with our emotions like that

as you can see in this form here are plenty of who are in AP even they conrg you ..they will issue but no time frame given by them...so just hold your horses..my cosine's husband got his visa a week ago he was in AP for more than a YEAR .. Today he got in the STATE ...

By the way, my wife hasn't got visa becuz we need co-sponsor i sent required documents in ISL embassy, the day will reach we will start our countdown
