Packet #3 Checklist Question

Are the checklists the same for each embassy? Or do different consulates require different things to be checked off (which is what I'm assuming the case is)? If that is the case, anyone have a checklist from Montreal and could tell me exact what's on it? I know general things: passport, birth cert, photos, police cert, forms, etc. but I'm curious as to what the list is specifically for Montreal?

Danke!
