Hello everyone, im just wondering is there any fee for the I-134 affidavit of support for the k3 that i should bring in the manila embassy on the interview date? because my husband recently got letter asking for $70 for the I-864 thats for the affidavit of support for the CR1. So i am wondering if he will get another letter asking for $70 for our I-134 and if there is then where will he send the payment? I hope to get some enlightenment soon. God bless everyone.

the fee for the visa will be paid at BPI or Citibank at locations listed in your package. the medical fee will be paid at St Lukes. here's a link to the US Embassy in Manila Immigrant visa page where you can check out what the appointment package will look like. just scroll down to the bottom of the page.

roymcn3rd,

The NVC does charge a $70 processing fee for I-864 for immigrant visa cases.

sorry if I had wrong info. i was going by forms and fees page on USCIS website. i thought $70 was for biometrics. didn't realize there was fee for I-864 from NVC.

the Manila Embassy will not charge fee for the I-134 Affidavit of Support. Yodrak corrected me on my mistake about the I-864. NVC charges $70.00 for Affidavit of Support Review.
