Hello All,

I already have my NBI clearance and instead of putting for immigration purpose, they put in for travel abroad. Is this okay to use?... or should I have it re-issued for immigration purpose?... Hope to hear from anyone who'd know what to do... thanks in advance!!!

this thread is so helpful to us  yet ive noticed there's not enough people who drop by and read the guides... although i must admit that there are some infos thats been outdated already. Like the document verification (no longer needed), delbros courier (embassy is now using air 21)... i wish sheriff uling is here for he knows what to do...

any suggestion guys??? do we need to create another updated guides for the USEM?

the thread used to be locked, that's why requested it be unlocked so members could post any updates, as you have noted.

the first post remains as it was when the Sheriff last updated. you have to scroll thru the thread to see any updates. I don't know if the first post can be edited or a new guide would have to be created...

i dont think we can edit the old posts. but i believe Capt Ewok can. perhaps, if we can finalize everything, we can ask him to edit some changes for us...

thanks for the input

Here is an interesting pdf that answers many of the reoccurring questions about the embassy K visa process. Note that the pdf is from June of 2008, and some of the information, such as document verification is already out of date. This is one reason why it is difficult to keep this thread updated.

Good reading:
