How long will it takes for nvc to receive the K1 documents

Hello to all!

 

Just wanna ask how long will it takes that the nvc will receive our k1 documents? It's been 6 weeks the time that my fiancee received an approval for noa2,  and kept on calling nvc to know my mnl# but until now they're saying that they haven't receive our documents yet.  What is the good thing to do with it? :(

Hello thank you for this. Wish they've already received our papers since my fiancé received our noa2 since November 1,  2017. :(
