case number

Hi, i just received my case and invoice number from NVC, when I try to log in it says 

The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance. Should i wait some days or what? the lady that i talked to say i can start working in my case since today but this is what the website says. anybody with the same sitation?

See your case didnt get lost!!  I heard sometimes you need to wait for the welcome email before it works. It worked for me before i got the email. Keep trying

When she gave me the case number she asked for my email and I gave it to her. What am i supposed to receive? question for you, after they gave you your case number, when was available for you to start the 6 steps?

You will get a welcome email from NVC with instructions on it. As soon as you are able to log in you can start your 6 steps, first is selecting an agent.

hahahaahah it did not, I have another case and both of them were sent to nvc together, the other one was received today with this one and they did not assign any number yet. This is confuse.

I know, i started but had an emergency so my IV fee had to go to that  But next week i'll be sending it! I want to finish asap too
