Issue regarding to the interview location and immigration location:

I live in Gujarat and the nearest as well as most feasible location to reach for visa related matters is Mumbai, but NVC has suggested interview centre as New Delhi and immigration centre is in Mumbai. So I just want to know what can be done to get the interview centre as well as immigration centre in Mumbai.

My case has already been completed on 2^nd October, 2015.

Case category: - FB4/F4 and my priority date is already due.

Please help to resolve this issue.

Today I called consular and explained my case and really very helpful answer was given by consular telephone operator-" There is simple process for change: from New Delhi to Mumbai, after scheduling interview, send email to consular and add attachments of first and last pages of passport, and interview scheduling letter and text details for change to consular with justified reason"

After you send an email to consular, within 14 to 18 days your case would be transferred and new interview schedule and fingerprint recognition with Mumbai consular would be done online.
