How many stubs?

I've searched the guides and can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for.

I'm using pay stubs and an employer (my boss) letter as proof of employment and financial sustainment for my affidavit of support. As I'm a newly employed as of this year I do not have a tax return.

My question is: how many pay stubs is sufficient proof for the U.S. Embassy London fiancé interview? One, two, three or more?

Personally I only brought 3 and the letter from the employer. They only looked at 1 stub though, but best to have a couple so they can see that the amount earned is more or less constant.

There is not any rule or regulation that states you are required to bring certain items to support your I-134. All you must do is convince the interviewing officer that your fiancé will not become a public charge. London has been convinced many times with ONLY an employer letter. Anything you provide beyond that is backup proof. So choose whatever you think you sounds convincing to you...One, two, three or more. What sounds like a logical number to you?
