Hey Guys,

Just thought I'd share my stokes interview questions. If you're truly married, no need to worry. Go with confidence and DO NOT be intimated by the officer. Here's my previous post:

HERE GOES:

  1. - Husband's fisrt name and DOB
  2. - Place of husband's birth
  3. - When did you come to the states?
  4. - Do you have a record? Does your husband have a record?
  5. - What was the arrest for?
  6. - Was your husband married before?
  7. - What's the name of the ex-wife?
  8. - Does your husband have kids?
  9. - What are their names and ages?
  10. - Is it one mother?
  11. - How did his ex-wife and kids end up in Georgia?
  12. - Does you husband have siblings?
  13. - What are their names and where do they live?
  14. - Where did you meet your husband?
  15. - What was the name of the resort? ( This was the 1st discrepancy. I said Beach Cove Resort, he said The Covery or Cove Inn..typical man )
  16. - What's you husband's parents names and where do they live?
  17. - Have you met them?
  18. - Do you have any scars or tattoo's? Please describe them
  19. - What about you husband? Please describe them
  20. - Does your husband wear contacts or glasses?
  21. - Does you husband take medication?
  22. - Where do you work? What do you do there and the hours of work?
  23. - When do you have off?
  24. - Where does your husband work?
  25. - When does he have off?
  26. - Who stays with the baby?
  27. - IS the babysitter home?
  28. - What's her name?
  29. - What's the baby's name and DOB?
  30. - Was your husband there for the delivery?
  31. - Was it natural birth or C-Sec?
  32. - What did you do last weekend?
  33. - Where is the laundromat?
  34. - Did you eat dinner together lastnight?
  35. - What did you eat and who cooked it?
  36. - Do you have special shows you watch together?
  37. - What's the baby's name?
  38. - What's the baby's father's name? (2nd and last discrepancy. I gave the name and my husband said "I don't know, my wife doesn't talk about him)
  39. - When and where did you get married?
  40. - Who was there? what are their names?
  41. - Did you do anything after the wedding?
  42. - When did your husband propose?
  43. - When did the relationship get serious?
  44. - What did your husband give you and the baby for Christmas and birthday?
  45. - What did you give your husband for Christmas and Birthday?
  46. - Did your husband buy the ring for you?
  47. - Did he buy one for himself?
  48. - Were you there when he bought them?
  49. - How much is rent and how is it paid? cash, check or money order?
  50. - Does your husband pay child support? How much monthly?
  51. - Who is your phone carrier? What about your spouse?
  52. - When was the last time he saw his kids?
  53. - Did you come to the interview together? How?
  54. - Where did you take the train?
  55. - How did you get to the train station?
  56. - Has your husband ever lived in Georgia?
  57. - What's the baby's DOB?

Goodluck any future stokes interview candidate, please do not be nervous. It not as bad as they make it out to be :no:

07.27.11 - Mailed RFE to Lee's Summit MO(Express)
08.04.11 - EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!!! YAY!!!
08.12.11 - EAD IN HAND!!! WOOHOO!!
09.16.11 - INTERVIEW(No Decision on Spot, IO wrote in Passport"CR6 A# I-485 pending IO (name) USCIS LNY Section 245"
10.26.11 - Stokes Interview at 26 Federal Plaza
10.27.11 - APPROVED!!! WOOHOO!! WHAT A JOURNEY!!
11.01.11 - CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED
11.04.11 - GREEN CARD IN HAND

ROC TIMELINE

08.01.13 - Mailed ROC Packet to VSC

08.14.13 - Biometric Appointment Letter Received

09.03.13 - Biometric Completed

09.17.13 - Case Transferred to CSC

11.01.13 - CSC Transferred Case to Local Office to Schedule Interview

12.31.13 - Received Appointment Notice from Local Office (Long Island City). Interview on 01.16.14

01.16.14 - I-751 Interview

01.16.14 - Approved on Spot!! :-) Passport Stamped!

01.30.14 - CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED

N400 TIMELINE

07.29.14 - Mailed N400 Packet to TX

08.05.14 - Case Received (Text message)

08.09.14 - Received I-797C

08.16.14 - Received Biometric Appointment Letter

08.29.14 - Biometric Appointment

02.17.15 - Interview - APPROVED

02.26.15 - Naturalization Ceremony

Wow, vital and extensive information! Totally agree about not being intimidated by I.O, maintain cool heads and it'll be fine. Infact, even if you come across slightly flustered, as long as you're genuine you'll be okay!

08/10/11 - Sent AOS Package to Chicago Lockbox (concurrent filing of I-485 and I-130)

08/12/11 - AOS Package received

08/17/11 - Received NOA1, NOA2 and NOA3

09/07/11 - Biometrics appointment at Dallas Service Center

10/02/11 - Received Interview appointment for 10/21/11 in Dallas

10/21/11 - Interview - APPROVED!!
