Very easy and smooth experience. Asked for the address I would like my documents to be mailed to and I was asked if I have any questions for him. That was it. I don’t think I was there for more than 5 minutes.

Incredibly smooth and easy. The non-US citizen fiance made it through customs more quickly than the US citizen did! Quick and easy. Handed over my passport only to the CBP agent as the document wallet was digital. Got asked to confirm my partner’s name, phone number and the address that I wanted the green card sent to.
