My wife and i have been married since may 26th 06 she filed for aos in sept 06 and we have a 19 yr old son that is a beneficiary of her my petition when can he get a work permit.

we have until june 5th to marry,my fiancee is worried because someone told her that if we get married close to the 5th of june our aos would be denied is this true.

Update for AR ........called and found out they have requested a cemonar ......... one week to a month ......could be worse .............sure can't wait to taste some good mangos when I go over in May and maybe even bring me back my princess

Do you know if what a cemonar is they suspect that your fiancee was married before and they want proof that she wasn't married.

the packet my fiancee received it says to get your tax return noterized and yes i sent a copy of my tax return the next day.

i sent packet of to fiancee and i didn't have my tax return notorized will she get denied.

If there is anyone who has petitioned your fiancee with children i have a question do i need to fill out a seperate affadavit of support for my fiancee and each child. for the manila consulate.
