I guess you better call the arabian embassy for more info or better go there straight because you have to do some fingger printings for your police clearance there, be sure you will bring the instruction papers from the US Embassy for them to know what you need from them... and also do it as soon as possible because it will take time for you to get it! good luck!

yes, it was stated in the packet 3, it was in Japanese, but unfortunately i forgot to include the translations with it. just wondering what will happend if they found it incomplete? will they ever deny me for that mistake? should i send those papers to complete? really scared! thanks for the reply...

Hello evryone! I am a Filipina living here in Japan, I sent out my packet 3 to the US Embassy here in Tokyo. My problem is I forgot to include the translation of my divorce papers.... am so so scared... wjat will happen?

My fiancee just received her packet 3 from the embassy in Tokyo. The want a CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage) sent from the Philippines along with her birth certificate. The problem is that she was married in the Phil. to a Japanese man and then divorced him in Japan so she does not qualify for a CENOMAR. As I understand it she is free to marry in Japan, the US and anywhere except for the Phil.

Is CENOMAR a firm requirement? If so, I don't know why.

We talked about getting an annulment before going into this process. It is slow and expensive. Most importantly, we didn't know it was required.

One option I've seen while browsing thru the web is to file for Recognition of a Foreign Divorce in the Phil.

Needless to say we are both very upset about another hurdle and another delay - we were so close!

Any advice?

need some help!!!! MY fiance receive her package 3 and she noticed that the name was written wrong... Lets say her name is Jane doe w smith... I filled out all the forms and put... First name (Jane) Middle (Doe) Last (smith)....

But in fact it should be First name (Jane Doe) Middle (Williams) Last( Smith)...This is how its on her BC....How do i go about changing it...is there a form...do i need to call someone...How will this effect our process....Any help would be greatly appreciated...Thank you

I really dont know what happend why did she turned her back on you or braking u up after she got her visa!!!, she is insane! sorry to say this but i have to say these for me and my fiance and all the couple's who are patiently waiting for the approval of their visa just to be with and to start a brand new life together!!! Sure, there's lots you can do Research what the beneficiary needs for their interview and start gathering that information. When it comes to the financial stuff that they require (I-134 and evidence), I would wait until you know your interview date so that all the information is current.
