Hi bigdog, Thanks for your comment. I appreciate everyone here and all their help. Spoke with my attorney today and as usual, all she did was create high pressure stress, ready to dump her if she continues it.

Yea, if I wanted to hire someone to take my money and then not give a flying R*ats a*ss about the outcome of what I paid them for, I would hire an attorney.

Hi Ray-J, Thanks for your comment. I did get a I-797C Notice of Action in the mail. I am using an Immigration Attorney. She does not tell me much and doesn't seem very motivated or inspired. But maybe she does give a flying R*at's A*ss? I hope the Immigration Attorney will be worth the money.
