    AOS APPROVED...PRAISE GOD. She will have the official approval letter in 2 weeks, greencard in 3-4. Very simple, and questions were upfront, and straight forward. I'm glad I was there with her.     No, I never received a note that my case was transferred, or staying here in Las Vegas. You should be receiving your appointment letter soon. God Bless.

    We mailed our AOS to the Chicago Lockbox on August 13th, had our Biometrics 4 weeks later at our local USCIS, and 2 weeks later received our Interview Appointment notice for our interview on 10/30. This is being done in person at our local office. Some get sent to CSC, and take 6-12 months or longer. You can check your status with your Case numbers on USCIS website, or call them and ask them...

    Thank You VisaJourney for giving my Fiance and I the tools, and support through this whole K1 Process. I didn't have to spend thousands of dollars hiring an attorney to just fill out the forms for me. Next step for my Fiance and I, is her arrival on 10/20, and our marriage on 10/28.     etition at the embassy, or do they send earlier. I'm just trying to find out how much longer this will all take, just getting a little impatient. I thought once the NOA2 was received, this would be sent to NVC, and to Embassy right away..Once received in Manila, maybe about 1 month or so from the time they receive the petition to her Medical and Interview..Let me know, Thanks Brother.

    Hi Jordan, I received my NOA2 notification on July 11th, here we are the 25th, and the NVC still shows no record of receipt..I called them, and they said for me to wait until the 29th..Is this normal? Once I receive my case number(MNL#), can I send my petition with affidavit of support to my Fiance in Cebu? Also, can my Fiance go to BPI to pay her Visa bill(350.00US)? Or does she have to wait...

    Jordan, Hello. I had a question. I received my NOA2 today by text/email. It will not be sent to NVC..What is the process there, How long before it leaves and goes to Manila?? I looked online, and it said something about being on a priority list..Any insight will help. Thanks again..Also, does the NVC charge me fees, or is the next fee I need to pay my Fiance's Visa Petition. Let me k...
