Do most people go for the medical and interview same time??? My gf wants to fly to manila for medical then fly back
then a week later fly again there to go for interview. Is this rational? I think it a waste of money and time.
Have her do her Medical on a Monday and Tuesday, and tell St. Lukes that her interview is on Friday. They will expedite her results to the Embassy. There is no reason why this cannot be done at the same time. The CFO seminar can be done after she gets her Visa, otherwise she'll have to go back. You need your passport, to get the CFO stamp/paperwork put in your passport before she departs the Philippines. Let us know if you need anything else.
God Bless.

We waited 10 months, Filed our AOS in August, and had our interview on 10/30, and received her GC on 11/7. Just make sure you do it before 1 year, otherwise you will have to take another medical with a Civil Surgeon, which costs money. Good Luck on your Journey, God Bless.

My Wife went on a Monday-Tuesday Medical visit to St. Lukes, got her results on Wednesday, and had her interview on Friday. Just make sure that you don't go to your medical during your menstrual cycle, it is not allowed, they will ask you to come back. You can make an appointment at St. Lukes Medical Extension Clinic online, and avoid all the additional paperwork needed when you arrive. My wife arrived at 5:00am and began standing in line. They opened the doors at 6:15am, and she was there about 4 hours. If you have any vaccination records, take them with you. I hope this helps. St. Lukes Website is below. Take Care and God Bless. I've attached the instructions that the US Embassy in Manila sends applicants. Follow the steps, and make sure you take the necessary copies.

Who else is a August filer from CSC?! Omg we are approaching our 5 month mark and all I have to say is; CSC if I dont get it before then, then I will bug the #### out of you until you give me my NOA2....this is a fair warning!!
what is wrong with CSC?! Why are they soooo slow? To everyone waiting GOOOOOOOOOD LUUUUCKKK!!!!
All I can say, the wait is extremely worth it. I was fortunate to have our Petition sent to CSC, and we were approved in 86 days, below the average of 120-150 days. My Fiance and now wife is with me. Have Faith in Our Father in Heaven, It is in HIS time, not ours..GOD BLESS YOU and MERRY CHRISTMAS.

A MNL Case number is issued within 3-4 weeks of receipt. They may show now record of receipt, but because NVC receives so many petitions daily, it takes that long for them to get to your case. Be patient, Say alot of prayers, and Trust in HIM to get you through this. God Bless, and Good Luck, everything will be fine.

I was just wondering how long it aprox took everyone, lately, to get their NVC case #'s after they received their NOA2.
Thanks for the input!
I received my NOA2 hard copy on July 14th, and kept calling the NVC about getting my MNL case number. They told me the same thing, I must wait 15 business days, and to call after the 15 day. Fortunately, I only waited 4 days more, and my petition was received on August 5th, and shipped out the same day to Manila. So I say with there backlog now at the NVC, wait between 15 and 20 calender days, but don't check on there automated telephone service, talk to a representative. Good Luck and God Bless.

VJ Timeline was 4 days off of my receipt of my NOA2..Pretty Good. I am awaiting my case number from NVC, so I can schedule my Fiance's Interview and proceed with it all. Good Luck and God Bless.

Ignacio, Good Day to you. Your I-797 is your NOA1, your receipt with your case number from USCIS. Once Vermont receives, the average time before your petition is adjudacated, could be from 90-150 days. If you look on this site, there's historical data that shows the time from your NOA1 to your NOA2 is 123 days. After an approval, it is forwarded to NVC where it could be there up to 3 weeks before being sent to the Embassy. Good Luck, and let me know if you need any questions answered.
I just received my NOA2, and it is currently at NVC..Shortly it'll be forwarded to Manila, and than the process goes really fast..GOD BLESS YOU.

There is alot of confusion about what to do after the NOA2. Yes, for the Philippines you need to wait for a MNL# from the NVC. After you recieve that number you can make a scheduled Interview and send Financial to your fiancee for the interview (I-134) Also, A MNL# is not needed for other things such a Police Clearance, CENOMAR is what I understand to try and get paperwork done. There are other Members who know alot more than me about it because they been there done that. I hope they reply as I can learn as well. CONGRATS Tim/Mav
Thank You, The LINK is very helpful..Received my NOA2 on 7/11, on it's way to NVC, and God Willing, to Manila. This Link will help my Fiance.
Thanks again, John

Good Morning All..Congratulations on your NOA2..I received mine July 11th, and now it's on it's way to the NVC. Any idea how long it will stay at the NVC before it's sent to the Embassy? Just curious..Our Journey has passed a big step, and we are close to being with our love..GOD BLESS YOU.
