    Hi Jordan, I received my NOA2 notification on July 11th, here we are the 25th, and the NVC still shows no record of receipt..I called them, and they said for me to wait until the 29th..Is this normal? Once I receive my case number(MNL#), can I send my petition with affidavit of support to my Fiance in Cebu? Also, can my Fiance go to BPI to pay her Visa bill(350.00US)? Or does she have to wait...
