    Thanks guys. At the interview he looked at the disposition but didn't ask me explain to him what happen he just say he will have is supervisor review it. Am so nervous waiting on the answer.

    There wasnt a doult about my marriage. Even I blind man would see that my marriage was real lol. I've been with my husband for a combine of 11 years married for 61/2 year 7 years in sept. like botsgal stated marriage is not always easy and as a couple there is always going to be disagreements. I love my husband more than anything in the world and wouldnt trade my marriage for anything but we are human we do have our fights at times because we are not perfect.

    Hoping and praying that they will give me a answer soon.this waiting for supervisory review is killing me.

    You seems like you have everything. Try to relax.yesterday I went in for my interview and it was easier than I thought I would be I feel dumb after because I got myself so worked up and nervous for no reason. He didn't even ask me to show him any evidence or anything except for my passport and birth certificate.he did not ask me any questions about my relationship and he didn't ask my husband any question.we were done in 5 min

    All in all my interview went well I guess,the only problem I had was that I was arrested in 2007 and was charge with disorderly person so he said he is going to have to let a supervisor review my arrest and decide with I should get approve or not.

    My lawyer call me this morning though and said not to worry about anything because it's just standard proceedor when you have a arrest.

    Hello all,

    Please help me put my mind at ease. Today my husband and I had our interview.

    The interview lasted for about 5 min. We had a very nice guy,he did not ask us any personal questions and the only thing he asked DH was to swear to tell the truth and the rest of the questions was just verifying my info on my application.

    When he got to the question "have you every been arrested?" I answer yes so he ask me for my disposition, I handed it to him and he look at it ask me a few more questions and then send me back to the waiting room to wait.5 min later he game out with a white paper and hand it to me.On the paper it say"on hold for supervisory review due to arrest"

    What does that mean? Did I get it or was I deny?

    My arrest was for a fight that my husband and I had 4 years ago and I was arrested for domestic violence and was brought down to disorderly person.

    He didn't even ask to look at my pics or bill or anything. My husband and I have been married for 7 years could that me a reason why he didn't ask us any questions or ask to see evidence?

    My interview is Wednesday morning and am so nervous.here is my situation my husband and I have been married for 6.5 years no children.my husband do not have 2 months pay stub because he is currently a independent contractor,when we summited the package in November 2010 he was working with a company that he got a job letter from that we summited with the package.will we have a problem because he change jobs and because he do not have pay stubs?

    Here is my evidence that I got together please take a look at it and let me know if am forgetting anything or that's enough evidence.

    2008,2009,2010 joint tax return

    2)12 months cable bill in my name

    3)12 months light bill in my husband name

    4)pic b4 we got married,wedding picture,pic after we got married.

    He ad me to his bank account last week But we don't have anything to prove that we have a joint account yet hopefully we will get something in the mail by Tuesday to take with us

    6) I have a valentines card that my husband gave me about 4 years ago.

    My other question is,in 2007 my husband and I have a fight and the neighbors call the cops,I was arrested for asuting my husband. Will that affect our case in a negative way?

    Journ06. How did you interview go? My interview is Wednesday and am so scared and nervious. Same situation my husband do not have pay stubs because he is a independent contracter. Any info from your interview would be gladly appreciated. We have pass 3 years joint taxes letter from his previous employer that we summited with the package in November, cable bill in my name light bill in his name,pictures b4 we got married wedding and after marriage.we are married for 6.5 years.

    Any information or advise from anybody will be greatly appreciated.

    What is the date on your NOA1? I filed on Nov 29 and my NOA date was Dec 10. I just get my EAD and AP approved but I have not heard anything for AOS. May be yours are on the way. As for the online checking system, don't rely on it too much as some people are still showing "initial review" even though they have received their AP/EAD already.

    Congratulations on your EAD and AP. I can't wait to get mine, I need to get a job and start going to school.

    Hi all,

    I have been browsing for a while now but this is my first time posting. I filed on 11/22/10 and did the bio on 1/5/11. Even since the bio I didn't hear anything else from them,no EAD no interview letter or anything.I try check my case online but it keep saying case can not be found. Is this normal? Did any one with my timeline get EAD yet or interview letter? Am starting to worry that something might be wrong.
