    ; first job I applied for- Continental Airlines!! I was interviewed by 3 managers and one of them called me back the day after and said that he offers me a training in Houston in 5 weeks!!!!!!! I'm stoked!!!! Next week only a drugs test and paperwork and them I'm good to go. Hopefully my new SSC will be in the mail anyt time soon (I lost the first one already), but it already has been 2 weeks!!! Help!

      Thanks!! He told me that it went really well... he was only asked "is rebecca your fiance?" and "how did you two meet?" The man interviewing him immediately then said, "alright your done." :) He gets here September 22nd and we're getting married October 8th. I wish there was a Nederland city here in AZ, that's just too cool!

      Thanks! So far it's been a smooth process, so hopefully the rest will follow suit. I stayed in the Netherlands for a while, too, before we started this process (I would have gladly moved there, as well!) Good luck on the convincing-your-lady spectrum:)

    I Express mailed all the important documents to my fiance about 10 days ago now and he still doesn't have it!! Express my ####, hah. His interview is next Tuesday and we are beginning to worry.

    ; Today a week from now, Aaron and I are getting married in Nederland (= Netherlands), it's a small town built by Dutch Immigrants in the 1700's and there is also a real big Windmill, and that is where we going to have our ceremony!!!! FOR FREE, since there ain't no Dutch peeps left, and they are sooo stoked that we want to get married at the windmill!! It can't get any better!!!!!

    ; Aaron is helping me packing all my stuff into 4 big suit cases and it's pretty emotional thinking I'm taking my stuff out of their place and put them into a suit case knowing, my room won't look the same anymore. Thank God for Aaron to be here and support me :'(

      I was asked today if my fiance was scared to move away from his home; I said that I would imagine he is a little more sad than anything :( It must be hard... but very very exciting at the same time!!

      What kind of questions do those Dutch doctors ask? I hate that I can't be with Tobias while he gets all this stuff done!! I like knowing everything that is going on, haha.

    My fiance got packet 3 today!! I can't believe it's all coming along so fast now!!

      not yet. we mailed packet 3 in, along with the slip to set up an interview, so hopefully we will get notice back soon so we can start making plans!:) How was the medical? Did you have to get a lot of shots? Tobias and I were trying to figure out what shots he needed, so he could try and get them done ahead of time (we've heard it's a bit cheaper to do it that way.)

      Why was your entry denied there before? Have you got your medical done in The Netherlands yet? My fiance is from there and it kills me that I don't get to be a part of all the paperwork and tasks he'll have to do there! I have another question for you too; we haven't got the packet 3 yet, but will he need my AOS (I-134) for it? If so I better run to the post office now!

    I've had my NOA2 for 14 days now and the NVC still doesn't have our packet! Not cool NVC.... not cool...

      Well, they actually say that you have to allow for 15 business days before it is in their system... it's been a little over 15 business days and they still don't have it, so it's a little frustrating.
