Thanks!! He told me that it went really well... he was only asked "is rebecca your fiance?" and "how did you two meet?" The man interviewing him immediately then said, "alright your done." He gets here September 22nd and we're getting married October 8th. I wish there was a Nederland city here in AZ, that's just too cool!

Goodluck with the interview. I am trying to get my American lady to stay with me in the NL for a while till we have sorted everything to move to the US. Hope your inverview will go as smoothly as possible.

Thanks! So far it's been a smooth process, so hopefully the rest will follow suit. I stayed in the Netherlands for a while, too, before we started this process (I would have gladly moved there, as well!) Good luck on the convincing-your-lady spectrum:)

not yet. we mailed packet 3 in, along with the slip to set up an interview, so hopefully we will get notice back soon so we can start making plans! How was the medical? Did you have to get a lot of shots? Tobias and I were trying to figure out what shots he needed, so he could try and get them done ahead of time (we've heard it's a bit cheaper to do it that way.)

well, advice ko sa inyo sis, better have your medical exam na sa st lukes and if dumating na yung NVC notice addressed dun sa fiance mo, pwede ka na magpa schedule for interview kasi ang need lang nila is yung MNL Case number.

it says on NOA2 that you have to wait up to 30days!

Well, they actually say that you have to allow for 15 business days before it is in their system... it's been a little over 15 business days and they still don't have it, so it's a little frustrating.

yeah mine mailed 15th and first they say call back one week then two weeks frustrating...and i waited 7 months for noa 2..so im itching to get this over with..lol..

They said the same thing to me... first wait 10 days. now wait 15... I'm sure after that passes it will be, Wait 20.. Sorry you had to wait for so long though. I've heard that once the NVC does get it, that it isn't there for long though! Good luck!
