    1month and 9days on AP and now,,, I got my visa just this afternoon so we're looking for the best ticket now! flying colors =)

    just call the USEM today about the status of my visa...but they told me still under review! but she want me to call again next friday to update!!!!hhhhhmmmmm,,,, still hoping-positive =)

      d q alam gurl kung nadeliver na nila kc 2nd time q na to eh na nagsend ng docs sa USEM using 2go wala kc ming nareceive na confirmation galing sa kanila kc nung last time na ngsend aq ngconfirm sila skin by texting!

      it depends on how you prepare the papers but almost who are applying for the CR1 is 6-8mths approval,,,anyway you can take a look the "immigration timeline" in this site =)

    July 11, We have spent 32 months in AP and are aparently paying the price for having done something the embassy people do not like. They told my congressman that extended AP is not uncommon. In February my fiance' asked for status and the told him check back in 6 months. I hope that something will start up again in August.
