i just got back from DR....without hubby but happy to know that he will be coming soon. u guys are amazing...thank u soooo much for ur support n checking in on me. I will be posting my review shortly.....so stay tuned...lol

Visa APROVADA glory to God!!!! We were the last ones there but the final result was amazing!!!! I will post my experience later on.....time for me to celebrate my approval!!!!!!

Today makes 27 days that they received my response to USCIs letter to intent to revoke our case. I just check the USCIA web Site and this is what I found:On May 3, 2013, we mailed a notice to you reaffirming the approval of this case and returned the case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.I want to thank everyone in the VJ for all your help and support through this, Thank you so much!!!!,

On April 10 we mailed u a notice REAFFIRMING the approval of your case!!!!!!! Glory be to God in the highest!!!! So I was right...my bday present was delayed.. : )

Day 618 (1 year and 8monthes) since denied in DR and 1 year since received back at USCIS for review .

Today is the 13th day form when I contacted my Senator Marco Rubio and his office just sent me an email notification stating “I have forwarded your letter to the appropriate staff member so that this matter may be thoroughly reviewed and the best course of action determined.” I wonder will this help or just be another dead end disappointment for me in the never ending nightmare of our denied i130

Day 613 (1year and 8monthes) since denied, just finished faxing and emailing Ombudsman office with the Form DHS-700. That one of our members informed me about last night. I’m feeling this is another positive move in the right direction and hopefully soon I will hear some good news soon!!!! Thank you for all the help and support…….

I called DOS and they advised me my case arrived at the embassy last week it's being processes for an interview. I'm happy but at the same time so scared and nervous I mean just to have to relive the nightmare I went thru last year will break me apart. Pray for me friends!

Just called the Visa Information Center regarding the report that was made on Jan 15th , well NOTHING
They sent a new report and told me to wait another 4 to 6 weeks!! FML when will this nightmare end? :( -
APPROVED! on June 23, 2011
.... I was shock when I got the news receiving that letter made me CRY, LAUGH & I called my husband in seconds ofcourse lol to tell him, he was happy aswell. Sorry I couldn't update you guys sooner!
