    Day 618 (1 year and 8monthes) since denied in DR and 1 year since received back at USCIS for review .

      Today is the 13th day form when I contacted my Senator Marco Rubio and his office just sent me an email notification stating “I have forwarded your letter to the appropriate staff member so that this matter may be thoroughly reviewed and the best course of action determined.” I wonder will this help or just be another dead end disappointment for me in the never ending nightmare of our denied i130
