Dai Aileen, galibog ko ninyo duha. Kung ikaw ang naa sa Dubai (beneficiary) tell your fiance na e forward sa imoha ang email nga iya nareceive from Abu Dhabi embassy. Dili ka makadawat og notice from them. Ang kadtong e print ang attachments. Appointment letter and list of approved physicians. Adto ka magpamedical ng naa sa listahan.Follow the procedure nga naa sa email.

Have fever due to the second shots of my vaccination. I asked the physician and she said it's a normal reaction. So, I am expecting I will be fine soon.

  hello Chuward,need ka muna pumunta sa phipl. consulate tapos bigyan ka ng form to fill-up,then dalhin sa dubai police headquarters for fingerprinting tapos ibalik sa consulate,saka mo na ipadala sa pilipinas no need na daw authorization letter.

Here's the updated form DS-156 (https://evisaforms.state.gov/ds156.asp) which will expire on 6/30/2014. I used the Google Chrome to make it work for me. If it doesn't show the entire sheet, press back and forward and it will show the entire content of the page. Hope this will work to everyone.
