    Today Jan. 18, 2012 (1:30 pm) I collected my passport with K1 Visa stamp it took me more than 30 mins , due to Lunch Break of USEM staff. All in All it's fine.....Thank's GOD.

      Yes, you can provided that you've been in the US for at least 10days, giving an ample time to input your data in the system.

      Cherry, you can bring any type of electronics. When you get inside, the security guards will ask you to deposit any electronics you have. You can claim after your interview in the same booth.

      Good luck to your interview. I bet you have a mix emotion.

    APPROVED....Amen, thank you Lord, but I wish the Embassy wouldv'e handled it better. They told her to "go home" and her Visa would be mailed to her. I havent got to talk to Emily much about it yet because she is exhausted, couldn't sleep all night, had to get up at 4 am, whew, glad it's behind us. Will post a good update for you ASAP.

      Merkin78: Marichu had her first shot last November 1 if I am not mistaken. She will have her 2nd shot on December 1 which is one month after her first shot. The third shot will be given after 6months and that will be taken here in US coz I believe by that time she is already in US. She can still have her interview even the vaccinations are not yet completed since it can be completed at a certain time. That is the procedure in Dubai. I don't know much in PH processing.

    Today we sent an email to USEM Abu Dhabi requesting to reschedule the interview. Looking forward they would grant our request.

    My fiance called the Department of States yesterday they said my interview date is February 27,2012 at 8am. We never receive notification from USEM Abu Dhabi.

      I think you have to ask Howard if he receives any email without subject from US Embassy Abu Dhabi. Based on our experience, the said embassy sent the packet 3 and 4 thru email without putting any subject. Ask him to go through his previous emails. Also, you can try appealing your case again. Let Howard send an email to the Abu Dhabi Embassy stating that you haven't received the packets and you are asking their consideration to move your interview at an earlier date.

      @Chuward: My pleasure to answer your queries Chu the best I can. How is your case going? I would suggest you send them (US Abu Dhabi Embassy) an email ahead prior receiving the physical case. Attach your residence visa along with your passport biography page. Should you need a reference email pertaining the same matter let me know. I can send you a copy of the email I sent to them.
