My husband and I have been married for almost 9 years, but he still does not have his green card.
He went back to Syria in September of 2009 to visit his mother and family because his mom was sick and had surgery. I went there to be with him in November of 2009 and I stayed there 4 1/2 months. He is still there. Our lawyer said it should take only 3 months for him to get a Visa to come back to America, but he still doesn't have one, so he suggested that I contact my senator, which I did on 1/10/11.
I'm hoping to get some help/suggestions from this site.
I miss my husband very, very much.
