My wife came to US on K3 visa in August.

I have applied AOS for her in September.

She completed her Biometrics appointment on Nov 5th.

Received her EAD on Nov 20th.

From then, we did not hear anyhting back from USCIS regarding her green card.

Its been over 4 months since we applied for her adjustment of status to green card.

Still Waiting................

Can anyone help me on whats going on.

Hi All,

Any of you guys have received the NVC case number??

When I am filling out DS-3032 form, I have a following question.

After choosing the option of appointing an agent, I have two options: Option 1: Asks to check if we already have green card and Option 2: If we don't want to proceed to apply immigrant visa.. Either of them is not an option for me because I want my wife to have green card which is an immigrant visa and she dont have it now.. So, should we leave both the options unchecked?? Is that true?

Hooray!! I received my NOA2. For both my applications (I-130 and K3)

I will just continue with my I-130...

Congrats to All of you who got their NOA2. Are there anyone left in Jan filers that did not get their NOA2?? I am one of them.

Waiting and Waiting... still continues...

Btw, People who got their NOA2.. How did you hear from them. mail/e-mail or update on the website???

Hi Friends,

Its been little more than two weeks since I mailed my I 129F application for K 3 visa. I still did not hear anything from USCIS. I even filled out G1145 form for electronic confirmation. When I called USCIS to follow up on this, they asked me to wait 30 days if they want to do a research on this. Please suggest me. How long will it take to receive NOA1 for I129F.

I have just applied I - 130 and waiting for I - 797, so that I can apply for K3 visa.

Recently, I am hearing that K3 visa is no more being processed at NVC. I am confused now. So, do I need to apply for my K3 or wait for my CR-1 to be approved.

Please guide me.
