It was over 40 days, and the average is 5-10 days. I would not consider that whiny. If you see nothing wrong with that timing, then you have obviously not examined the timing.

Actually, the USCIS misplaced Epril's I-130 for 3 weeks, and I had to get them to look for it. So basically although the I-130 was approved on May 27, it was not mailed to the NVC until June 21. In the meantime, the I129f was approved and mailed out as well. So I have no idea what is going to happen now.

Met my wife Epril while living and working in Thailand. We married and moved to The Philippines a year later. Two years after that, my job unexpectedly snatched me back home to America, leaving my wife behind. Hopefully we will be back together as soon as possible!
