You can see onuscis website, click on e- request, then follow the steps to fill in, you will see, and try to call them and request on the phone too. It's realy suck this processing, put us totally in dark. anyway hope you can hear from them sooon at least, good luck!

we're just 10 behind you, but we are in similar situation, we have only a been touched on 13th september, our receipt date is 7th september, I'll keep calling and senting email to uscis EVERYDAY when I'll reach 5 months timeline after 5 days, otherwise, i worry thsy forget my application somewhere. keep contact with uscis, wish you will get your noa 2 soon, good luck!

I strongly suggest that every one who wait over 5 month, start to call and sent email to VSC OR CSC,, We need to get their attention, that No one be happy wo wait over 5 months.
