Fixed the problem, So disgusted about seeing the March and April Approvals before I got my February approved I just missed the date. Also I never got the email and when I checked the USCIS website they said even today I was still under review. I do not know how this happened, but I got the NOA2 in the mail on the 18th dated the 13th
