finally i got my passport with stamp visa .. i just wanna know if i depart from Vancouver and arrive at Lagordia airport where i will have to do my USA immigration becoz Lagordia is not a International airport.. does that mean i will have to do USA immigration in Vancouver Canada or i have to fly over to any international airport such as JFK. thanks

I had my Interview on nov 01 2010 in Montreal Consulate and got 221g due to 1 missing documents....i sent them backkkk missing stuff back more than 2 months ago and still didnot hear anything from them ... I called DOS several times it says my case is pending due to huge backlogged of Montreal mails. Is there anyone out there who just got back there passport with visa ..actually i want to know approximatly how many days later they will pick up my pakage?and when i can get my passport and visa back ...................

one of my friends asked to provide further evidence during her GC interview. She sent them all required documents(delivery confirmed) but hasn't heard anything from them for almost 3 months. She sent couple emails to Montreal's visa section but didn't get any real reply just automated generic email which says you have to wait 6-8 weeks to hear from us which obviously passed.As far as I heard there is no other way to contact them other than email and my friend is very frustrated. Anyone with same experience here?Any comment will be appreciated...Thanks

Very Odd you had to wait that long. That isn't usual. Are they awaiting some type of documents? Anything happen on the Medical?
