Hi. my lawyer filed for an appeal when my H1B visa application was denied. It has been a year and a month since we filed the appeal. my lawyer said a decision should come out in 12 months after the appeal was received at the AAO. Maybe anyone who knows can tell me more or less how long til a decision is made for this kind of appeal? thank you

Hi! I/ve been checking the visa bulletin. I have a question let's say what if the current PD last February was April 12, 2005 and the following month it becomes July 20, 2005, what happens to the PDs in between those months? Is it correct to say that the PDs that fall from April 12, 2005-July 20, 2005 are current meaning they are processed as well or just specifically PD of July 20, 2005?

Hi there! When you have a pending I140 and the priority date becomes current can you apply for I 485 even if your I 140 has not been approved yet or you can only apply for I 485 when your I 140 has been approved already? thank you very much.

Hi everyone! I have a pending appeal at the AAO for my H1 B application. My lawyer filed it Feb last year and I was told that the maximum length of processing is 12 months. Since it's due next month will the AAO come up with their decision or is it possible that a long delay could happen which I hope it won't. Thank you

Hi! I came to the United States with a tourist's visa. Then I am being sponsored so I stayed in the US while my petition is pending. When my H1 B gets approved is it true that I can not get out of the United States until I get a green card? otherwise if I do I can no longer go back to the US?
