When she signs in does it say "Sign In Failed"...if so it's a good sign...when did you file your petition?

I don't think that was the message. It was more like the file couldn't be located. That was the answer she got from VCS as well. Not sure when she put in the petition. I think it was either June or October. Not sure, but i'll check with her. I know she did the info pass and she didn't get much answers from them either.

Hi, i'm new to this site. I'm trying to help my wife. She was able to check her immigration process/status online before and now she can't. She has already called the VCS and they were unable to locate her file too! She is scared and worried about it. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there an answer i can give her to calm her nerves? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
