I am former Police Officer. Since I was in NYC we really did not have much to do with DUI, however it is very important you have an interprator present, if you are saying he did not understand, be prepared to sho he does not understand English that well !!

dont feel bad, look at others timelines. We are Vermont Center and it is suppossed to be quick. It took 5 months to the day !!
