I feel like CO didn't outline what was complete and what will be done in AP process i.e. security check etc.

Just to update on my wfie's interview today. I accompanied her to the embassy. we went through a lot of checking and #######. After finger printing, she was called in. The guy took her passport and medical exam report, i think he also noted that petitioner is present. We were back seated in Lobby. Around 10 am she was called in and i waited behind but could see and even listen her. CO lady looked at me couple of times. My wife asked her if she would want me to join her. But she said just hold on.

She started by asking her if i have a specific return date. Then she asked if i was married before and have children. CO lady was looking through papers and then in computer.

CO gave her all documents back and told her the process will take further time with a green paper about AP BS. CO said we may know by end of March. She wrote on the 221g form" April 1, call 48". Dunno what this ####### means?

CO didn't ask anything or look at pictures or other evidences.

I am tired and disappointed. Any ideas or hopes?

So my wife's interview is 02/07 in Islamabad. I have arrived here a month ago. i will be accompanying her to the embassy. Will they let me join her at interview? or Should i wait outside?

should she take my itenrary to show i am there?

Yes i have recieved the interview schedule letter from NVC. I also just send an email to US embassy inquiring. I think i should go ahead and start working on scheduling the med exam.

The interview date is set for 02/07/2012. My wife hasn't recived any letter from the emabssy. Do we wait for their packet to schedule the medical exam? What to expect from them and how they send the packet?

I wish i could have read the sample I-864, would have saved me this delay lol. But yeah i checked both boxes and have provided three years tax return transcripts..

Hmm. I just mailed the revised I-864 with doc cover sheet as agent from NVC on phone said, i could send it without waiting for the checklist. The issue she said was just section 25 not 22 current income. I just checked the optional block on 25 and didn't put anyhting in the boxes for three years income. i think that caused the RFE. i also had sent 3 yrs tax returns.. So now i know rfe can be issued for stupid things and hold the whole process..

so now i hope that they will accept it..

So thanks God i spoke to live agent at NVC and was informed that DS-230 is good but AOS form section 25 information doesn't match. So let me assume, when i filled the I-864 i only check second option (optional) but i didn't check the first box and wrote the total income for 3 years?

Should i have checked both boxes and write income for last three years?

Man i have a headache..

I need advise as i am not going to waiti for the RFE letter to come in snail mail and then send.

Both AOS and IV packets have been delivered 11/28 morning per delivery confirmation. So now it is the time to sitback and pray they complete it and issue an interview date? I dread the ####### that i have to deal with at ISL. They also denied my expedite request, nonsense. I am in the same boat. I paid both fees online and now showing paid. I have printed the document cover sheets and sent my AOS and IV in one packet today. Now i am bit confuse if we have to wait till they tell us to send the packages even if the fees are paid?

My signature kinda shows the progress of the case NVC. Agent of choice has been accepted and i just paid the IV fee and is "in process". Both fees have been paid online and i have printed the coversheets. So just need to get a second thought before sending the package. So i attach coversheets to respective form with documents and send in one package? can i still send if IV fee is "in progress"?

1. I guess i am confusing myself by over thinking. The documents required with DS-230 belong to ONLY beneficiary, right?

what documents from USC are submitted IF required along with it? or none..

2. Are Bar code sheets for I-864 and DS-230 are generated when fees paid online? DOes this meanthat i can print them and send with already prepared packets instead of waiting to be recieved from NVC???

In the Affidavit of support form, i see that they have two options to submit last year tax return transcript and show the income for other two OR optional submit 3 years returns.

I have the tax returns for 3 years. Which is the better option; last year return or all 3?

Changing from CR1 to IR1 is a good thing in a way that you don't have to worry about applying for removing condition and you will get a GC for 10 years.

So per the CIS Ombudsman office (after she played with USCIS system computer i guess), the case is still in the local office as of 10/24 and hasn't left for NVC yet. Has this happened to anyone OR MY CASE IS JUST Special...

So per USCIS local office Director's email sent 10:52 am to senators office, I-130 was approved on 10/11. But i still haven't recieved approval notice in mail, no update of case status online, and NVC shows no record as of yet of the case been recieved. So my Q is ####### is going on with these ppl.. Sorry it is nonsense. any ideas Plz and Thx..

I see in I-864 instructions that either one recent year tax retun transcript can be submitted or 3 yrs which is optional. Which is better?

My income has fluctuated between 2008 and 2010.

I have 24000 earned income for 2010, 8000 for 2009, and 21000 for 2008.

For 2010 tax return, i have claimed only one dependent. I don't have any for 2011. Does this mean i have to count 3 dependents?

I have two cars and some saving. How are their value determined?

Also my wife has gold jewelary acquired in dower deed. Can i submit these to qaulify.

Also how many pay stubs do i need to send?
