I just had some questions about the k1 visa interview in Tegucigalpa... can anyone help?

Our case was just sent to Tegus,will the embassy notify my fiance once they get it or will they just send him the packet of information for the interview?

Also, how do they schedule the interview? Will my fiance have to go to Banco Atlantida or will the embassy call him?
