worried doc....the exact same thing happened to me and my husband we were separated after an iniial interveiw we got in at a few minutes after 1 pm and did not leave till a few minutes to 4pm ...the only discrpancies with me and my husband was me meeting his sister..i said i met her and he said i only spoke to her on the phone. but we were both not flusterd i was scared but did not show it ..the IO scrutinized our checkign accoutn asking me who was sending us money and why their is a shut off notice on our PSEG bill ?.explained our finances not so great my husband not maing a lot and we are struggling with our bills .The IO told us we will get her decision in the mail and gave us a paper saying your I-485 is being reviewed....Have not heard anything since the 8th of march....so im hoping and praying i get somehting soon.... i called them after 2 weeks they said call them back after 30 days...i am hoping to get lawyer soon since i never got one in the 1st place thot it was goin to be straight forward.and easy .lol

me and my husband are both same age we met in 2009 married in 2010 sept filed AOs in december..he is african american and i am african...i came in on a B1/B2 visa in 2003....never been arrested,never been in any trouble...i took very kind of paper work neccessary for this interview you'all will not believe it....lease,checking account,debit cards ,credit cards,health insurance,life insurance,utililty bills,photos,letters..i gave her the whole works...

any way please update me and let me know what happens next with your case...Just hang in there it will be fine..

me and my hubby had our interview in newark on the 8th of march..it was a strenous interview the IO was like russian or something ..she separated us and intervowed us separately 4 times we went in at 1 and came out by 4pm stressed out ..she was more concerned about the activity on our checkign account and why our bill has a shut off notice....after the intervew she said we will get a decision in the mail ..it is an adjustment of status from B/1B/2....has this very happened to anyone before a mini stokes interview on the inital interview? a lawyer told me this is a new thing they are just startind..says if it is a denial or request for RFE or 2nd interview i should get a letter in 2 days but its been 3 weeks and nothing....this people are so unpredictable.....

did anyone send in 1-485,1-130 and i-756 around nov 15th cos i did my biometrics on dec 15th and i still have no touches or any info...anybody from the NJ office have the same issues did biometrics in elizabeth.....
