  1. Hello everyone,

thank you for posting valuable in formation and thanks in advance for paying attention to my question.

I am a naturalized citizen and recently submitted I-130 for my parents who areforeign citizens, to initiate application for green card, as well as all necessary fees which have been received and approved, and their cases are active at NVC now. The next step is to submit an actual Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration (DS-230, Affidavit of Support, passport copies etc.), and the deadline is by the end of this year. But now, I would like to postpone their applications for some personal reasons. Anybody who knows how to do it? Any comments are welcome, thank you!

  2. Hi all, I recently got my U.S citizenship and going to petition my parents come to the U.S. My question is they got married 30 years ago, but they didn't have marriage certicate at that time(real situation in rural areas of China). They just got their marriage certificate 5 years ago. On my birth certificate, there are both name of my mother and father. So, can I just submit my parents' marriage certificate and my birth certificate or do I need other document to support this? Many thanks for help!

  3. Hi,everyone. My friend he is citizen, and he married with a Chinese in China. Now they are both living in China. The question is how can he apply for his wife come to the U.S? I heard that there is K-3 visa can help his wife to get visa. But how about CR1? Is it the I-130 application? They are not hurried to come to the U.S. Therefore, the only thing they need to do is to file the I-130, am I right? Anybody who knows it? Could you tell me how to apply step by step, thank you in advance!
