Yes you can travel
I went in November whilst waiting for my K-1 and took a whole bundle of evidence with showing ties to the UK and the customs people didnt even want to look at it. They just asked the usual questions of:
How long you here for
What is the purpose of your visit
I checked with the US Embassy in London and they said traveling will be fine, just take evidence with you that show's clear ties to the UK and that indicates that you will have valid reasons to come back to the UK incase they asked questions.
Customs people in LA didnt seem to care lol

I feel your pain
There have been a couple in August with NOA1 dates of 16 & 17th August been approved and everyone else is still waiting, they must of just got lucky and they're files were at the top of the pile.
They could be behind on petitions and also could still be clarifing peoples petitions in front of ours.. I wish they would speed up though... The waiting is a killer

Everyone who filed in August is waiting nervously now...
We don't know how far behind they are, according to igor's timeline there have a been a couple that have already been approved with mid august dates. Hopefully the rest of us August filers will recieve some good news!!

I have received our NOA1 back in late August of 2010, and we are now more than 4.5 months into our wait. After reading for several months about the possible explanations why the Vermont Service Center is processing slower during the winter months, perhaps because of work visa priority, more fiancee and spouse visas than normal, fewer adjudicators, etc., than their usual processing rate of 2 to 3 months back in late summer of 2010, which is why we decided to apply for the K-1 visa in the first place because of its fast turn-around time, my fiancee and I are simply losing our patience this late into the phase. We were both doing great before, but all this time of not seeing each other and the overriding uncertainty of when we might receive our NOA2 is taking an emotional and physical toll on both of us. I realize other couples have waited 5 months and longer for their NOA2 and maybe we should wait a little bit longer. Yet how did you deal with it? My request is for all the couples out there who have waited a similar period or longer. My fiancee and I have tried everything like focusing on work, spending more time with family and friends, going to parties, movies, and events, or anything else distracting us from this intolerable wait. But every time I am alone at home after work or on the weekends, I cannot help but think about this stupid visa, and she does the same. We have tried everything, and we have run out of ideas now. To all the couples out there, what tips and ideas can you give that have helped you fight through this never-ending nightmare?
Know how you feel man, I am gonna reach the 5 month mark next week
and this whole process has taken a toll on my relationship but you have to keep in mind that the US is very skeptical about foriegners marrying US citizens and the reason the process is the way it is is to test your relationship and prove that it is bonafide, if you can survive and ride the process and go through the ups and downs then you have a very good chance of being really really happy when you reach the end because you will have gone through a very tough time for both individuals and you both will have proven that you really do want to be together no matter.. It's not much but this is what keeps me sane!

VJ has example forms that are filled out that you can look at and kind of follow when you are filling out your own. Top of the page in the light blue bar button EXAMPLE FORMS. They are your friends
haha I didnt even know this site existed when I completed my forms and sent them away otherwise I would of used it. I got myself an immigration pack with the all forms and instructions on and we done it ourselves.. However, from what I have read on this site we practically submitted everything that was required anyway it's just these little niggling things that I have just noticed now.

Don't worry. While it is better to write none instead of leaving fields blank, they won't deny you because you left something blank when the answer is none. Especially Alphabet in non-roman letters - you only need to answer that if your naive language is Chinese or something. I wrote my husband's name in Hebrew in that spot (I guess to match up on foreign documents) but if you use roman letters for your alphabet, you don't need to fill out that part. As to the other things, I am not sure but you should be fine. If there is a question as to whether you were previously married or not, they may send an RFE, but they can look over the whole petition and fill in some blanks. Relax! /does a relax dance
Lol I am trying to but why is it now that I have noticed these things!
It's so close to finding out and I could really do without an RFE, I feel so dumb not noticing before and not even seeing it when I first completed the form. I was so excited doing the form that I just breezed through it and posted it off to my fiance to get things going..
I am praying to god that when someone looks across the whole petition and the evidence we submitted that they will put 2 and 2 together and come up with 4!

Hey Guys and Gals,
I have just noticed something on my G325a form and am starting to worry as it is getting close-ish as to when I should hear back about my NO2.
Under the section:"Former Husbands & Wife (If none state so)" I left blank because I didn't see the (If none state so statement) and I have never been married before - Would this result in a RFE
Also under: "Applicants last address outside the United States of more than one year" - I left blank because I have been in the same address for 10 years, I spoke to someone at the US embassy in london and they said it should be fine because i've been there for 10 years - Would this result in a RFE?
And finally under: "Applicant’s name in native alphabet" - I left blank because I thought you would only need to answer that if your language was anything other than english..
Every thing else on the form is complete and signed etc. I am really starting to worry now... I've redone the g325a form and added the answers and I have done a cover letter just in case detailing the bits that I oversaw.
Do you think based on the above that I would get a RFE or Denied???
so desperate to hear a word from USCIS
