I have a green card due to marriage with a citizen. Couple months ago, I filled the I-751 form and applied for removing my conditional status. Last month my new permanent resident card arrived. I have also a daughter who is turning 15 this summer and her green card will expire that day. Do I need to fill the form I-751 for her as well? Are whole process and fees same? Can I apply weeks before 90 days?
