    hey lisa thanks for the message finally i got another answer but yeah i havent filled my papers yeah im planning to filled them before the end of this month .. at the moment im 17 and the lawyer tolf me i would have a better change it i filled them now but so thats what im going to do. So have you hear in what states there allowing vw i hear in ny they do because where i live in newark nj
