the thing we need to be writing to our congressman is to stop treating spousal immigrants like criminals and give them u.s. citizenship the day they are married. i've already sent a letter to obama and my congressman about this. everyone should be innocent. it's up to them to prove guilty and then treat them like a criminal and not until then. another question, how or who told you that your case was expedited? i don't think they expedite anyone unless they admit to a huge mistake or are in one of those special situations of battered or in a war. also the congressman cannot push your case to the front of the line unless they've had your file longer than normal. 6 to 8 months right? he therefor can file a complaint to them.

Your RFE is probably for an original document, did u include original divorces, marriage, and birth certificates? Translated and signed by translator? Extra copies for them? Your husband can start on his biometrics and xray. you will need financial support proof next.
