    EAD and AP finally approved, thank god. Quite the saga indeed. Just waiting for them to arrive in post now

      Mine was the 22nd and still no news! So depressing, right smack in the middle of the holidays.

      Quite comforting that your in the same boat. Is really getting frustrating. Not being able to work for so long and I applied for an AP for a trip to the UK on the 23rd of December. Not too hopeful of either before the holidays, although other timelines of similar dates seem to have had better luck.

    Truly amazing wedding and loving married life in the US. 3 weeks after we have eventually got my adjustment of status paperwork off to Chicago and we await the next stages.

    After 231 days the documents are finally in my hand. Amazing moment.

    Darby and I met over three years ago when studying in Swansea. We got engaged on New Years Day in the UK and we begun the K1 visa process on the 8th of January. We are so excited about our life together in the US so we are patiently awaiting our first notification. Thanks to every one at visajourney for all their info, completing the paperwork would definitely have been a great deal harder without
