hey nicky, I just went and had a medical on tuesday, it doesn't matter at all that you don't have your medical records. I didn't have any to bring and he just said it was typical and that it was ridiculously hard to get them. it's such an easy and nice experience too, I was in and out in about 30 minutes and I can go pick up my results next week just gotta wait for the consulate to send me my packet 3 grrrr they received it on the 22nd

I thought my anxiety would end when I find out about the interview date. But now, I'm even more anxious, I can't hardly sleep Lol... My head keeps over-thinking, 'bout the medical, the interview... what should I wear, if I will get up early in the morning...and on ... Lmao

just relax, everything will go fine! just dress casual, it's not a job interview, a nice shirt and a pair of jeans.. that's what i'll be sporting haha

The AOS process not only allows you to stay, it more or less forces you to stay. After you enter on the K-1, you will need to marry, file AOS, and receive travel permission (called Advance Parole) to leave the country without abandoning the whole process. Expect a few months where you can't travel. Good luck!

I passed my interview at Frankfurt embassy today. I was so nervous... But! everybody was very friendly. The whole procedure took about 1,5 hours. The lady at the interview was friendly, but very accurate. Then she said, "everything looks fine, you should receive your passport with the visa in about 10-14 days". Such a relief! We are very happy!

got the RFE letter yesterday, they just wanted a certified copy of her birth certificate obtained and in the post! now back to the waiting game lol

i dunno why they didnt approve you yet, is so stupid. maybe you're one of those causes that dont get updated on uscis, dont get text or email but straight noa2 hardcopy

my case didn't show up online until yesterday to tell us about the rfe lol

i feel a little left out these days because we filed in march 17th and got noa1 so late. if they dont start aprroving early april soon imma start crying dammit
